Customers may request cancellation of subscriptions by contacting Adishra Greens through phone or WhatsApp support.

Refunds are calculated based on the remaining undelivered trays and the current stage of the subscription plan.

Amounts corresponding to trays already delivered or currently under preparation may not be eligible for refund.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed after assessing completed deliveries and remaining subscription duration.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Subscription plans are designed around scheduled cultivation and delivery cycles, which may affect refund eligibility once preparation has begun.

Refund calculations may consider delivered trays, remaining trays, cultivation progress, and operational costs already incurred.

Requests submitted earlier in the subscription cycle may be eligible for higher refunds compared to requests made after multiple deliveries have been completed.

Refunds cannot be provided for products that have already been delivered and consumed.

Refunds may not be available for trays currently under cultivation, harvesting, packaging, or preparation for delivery.
